Is the King Arthur humidor ready to use upon receipt?
Almost — before placing your cigars in it, humidify it for 24-48 hours (the "seasoning" process). Place a refilled humidifier inside and close it. This allows the cedar to swell slightly and ensure a good seal. Then check that the hygrometer displays 70% RH before putting your cigars in.
